Where: Paspův sál (a historical hall at the Staropramen brewery), Nádražní 43/84, Praha 5-Smíchov

NEW for this year - the opportunity to present your projects!
We have decided that we would like to further open up the possibilities for participants to network and make contacts at Hlasohled conferences. Therefore, in the framework of this year’s pilot project, we are offering the opportunity to present your activities for free within the scope of Hlasohled.
Conditions:
- it concerns activities that are primarily of a non-commercial, artistic or educational nature
- it is an activity directly related to the topic of working with the voice
- the project will be presented throughout the conference, i.e. from 9.30 – to about 17.30
Those participants chosen will have a table at the venue for the entire duration of the conference There they will be able to present their projects. Please send your project presentation to Hana Blažková, produkce@hlasohled.cz, tel. 603 525 752.

Communication psychologist and psychotherapist shows a case of Milton Hyland Erickson using the power of voice and hypnosis to help an oncological patient releasing pain and dying. What are the myths of hypnosis? And are there any risks in using voice?

Over the last decades, there have been significant changes to the spoken word (the attitude of society in general to voice, language, speech, breathing, the extent of basic language skills, the manner of communication). A voice educator, dubbing actress and director, she is seeking an answer to the question of how we perceive this change and how to deal with it.

A university lecturer, critic and dramaturgist, she will offer her insight into the conference’s central theme. The voice of a warrior, the voice of a magician, cannot be created by technology; it cannot be isolated from the person as a whole. The world changes and resounds to the voice of those who are a warrior or a magician. Which, of course, can be risky ...

Cursing and roaring: WHY IT IS fundamental THAT WE are ACCEPTing
Gabriel Vivas Martinez (Venezuela/UK)
An actor and educator working in London, he will introduce several scientific and psychological aspects of the voice and will address the relationship the voice has to our cultural identity and will to understand one another. Every voice is specific and has something special.
