Coco's workshops are based on including each participant's personality and respecting it, and building a common song which uses the differences between people as an enrichment tool. It is about re-discovering your voice and connecting with your artistic beauty and originality, without judgement.
She uses African and other polyphonies because they are ideal as an all-inclusive singing act. She also uses body percussions.

On a more practical side, the session starts with a body and vocal warm up including breathing and relaxation techniques inspired by the Alexander technique and other techniques, and then the group starts humming together, then listening to each other and oneself, and then singing various pieces together, and the number depends on the duration of the session.
Before leaving, participants are taken through a relaxing and 'settling' process in order to help them 'leave' the moment and still take away whatever good they received from it.

The workshop will take place from 10 am to 8 pm in Taiji Akademie, Polská 1, Praha 2, in Riegrovy sady. The price is CZK 1850,- / 1750 for students, senior citizens and parents on maternity leave. Workshop is in english and it will be translated to czech.
