Payment and Cancellation Conditions

Payment Conditions

The prices for the courses are contract-based. The contract takes effect as soon as the participant covers the deposit or the full fee for the chosen course. No written contract is made. By covering the deposit or the full fee, the participant agrees to the conditions under which the courses are given and confirms his/her knowledge of and full agreement with the contract and cancellation conditions. The payment of the deposit or the full fee constitutes an act of free will on the side of the participant who thereby confirms he has not made the aforementioned payment under any pressure.

The order of registration of the participants is based on the order in which their respective payments are received. Should a participant who has covered a course fee not be admitted to the course due to its limited capacity, his payment will be fully returned.

A weekend or week-long workshop is not divisible, therefore it is not possible to only register for a part of it and pay a proportionate fee.

If the participant decides to leave a workshop before its end, no title for reimbursement for the remainder of the workshop arises.

Should a workshop be canceled by the organizer, all payments already made by the participants will be returned to them.

Cancellation Conditions

Requests for cancellation and return of payments already made must be send by e-mail to info@hlasohled.cz and will be dealt with based on the date such e-mail is received. Since e-mail is not always reliable, please confirm the delivery of your message within two days by sending an SMS to +420 608 20 21 33. Cancellation requests are not accepted in any other form (by telephone, SMS or any other way).

Weekend workshops

- When canceling over 1 month before the start of the workshop, the cancellation fee is 25% of the full workshop fee.

- When canceling within 1 month to 14 days before the start of the workshop, the cancellation fee is 50% of the full workshop fee.

- When canceling less than 14 days before the start of the workshop, the cancellation fee is 100% of the full workshop fee. However, if the participant finds a replacement for himself/herself, the already paid fee or deposit will be returned in full.

In case of a sudden illness proven by a doctor's statement, the participant who has thus been unable to participate in a workshop will be given the opportunity to take part in a different workshop of his/her choice provided there the chosen workshop is not full yet.

Week-long workshops

- When canceling over 2 months before the start of the workshop, the cancellation fee is 20% of the full workshop fee.

- When canceling within 2 months to 1 month before the start of the workshop, the cancellation fee is 50% of the full workshop fee.

- When canceling less than 1 month before the start of the workshop, the cancellation fee is 100% of the full workshop fee. However, if the participants finds a replacement for himself/herself, the already paid fee or deposit will be returned in full.

Other conditions

By filling in and sending the application form, the participant explicitely agrees to be photographed and/or filmed during the workshop. Should the participant not agree to be filmed or photographed for any reason, the participant must notify the organizers by email not later than three business days before the workshop on info@hlasohled.cz and at the same time send an SMS about the e-mail to 608 202 133. In the event that the workshop shall be filmed or photographed, the participant will not appear in the resulting product when it is published.
