Martina and Kryštof SPIRITOVI (CZ)

Kryštof Spirit is dedicated to classical music as a singer, choirmaster and musicologist. He is
currently the leader of the vocal Ensemble Hilaris, external editor of Czech radio station ČRo
D dur and choirmaster of Musica Oeconomica Pragensis college choir in Prague. As a
conductor, he most values the opportunity to work with PKF – Prague Philharmonia on a
series of concerts and workshops with children. His other activities include writing
accompanying texts to concert programmes and CDs. He also devotes himself to compilation
scores, musical adaptations and organises one-off musical events.

What he enjoys most is creating music with people who are good musicians but above all good people.

During her career, Martina Spiritová has had a number of musical professions (including
dramaturgical as well as academic work). After being on maternity leave, and in addition to
working as a choirmaster and singing occasionally, she has devoted herself to musical
pedagogy of young children, working not only with the children themselves but also training
future music teachers and writing interactive textbooks.

The most important thing in music production for her is that musicians discover every corner of their hidden talent and are never bored for a minute.
