Yuri and Zuzia PASTUSHENKO (UA)

Yuri Pastushenko is a musician, ethnographer and teacher. He graduated from the department of ethnography of the Kiev Institute of Culture and has long been active in researching and documenting Ukrainian musical folklore in the countryside. At the same time, Yuri is an active musician in the prominent Kiev-based Drewo ensemble. For the past 3 years, he has been also teaching at the University of Warsaw, Poland.
